NOTHING MATTERS. CREATE NOTHING.

Nothing Machine

The Nothing Machine is an ongoing pop-up public art encounter created to democratize the power of erasure. Americans ages 3 - 72 contributed ideas which became declarative statements scribed on erasers and distributed for free from a classic prize vending machine.

“Inspiring.”

“Actually hilarious!”

“So nostalgic.”

The Nothing Machine debuted as part of the 20th anniversary edition of Art In Odd Places, on 14th St. in New York City.
